Our 7-day Money Back Guarantee means that if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can just return the item(s) within 7 days of delivery for a full refund and that's guaranteed!

Simply return the item in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item and we will happily exchange it or give you a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At RJ Tool we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. This page outlines our policy on returning or cancelling your order as well as receiving your refund. It also explains what to do if you've received a damaged, defective or incorrect item.

Our 7-day Money Back Guarantee

Our 7-day Money Back Guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 working days of the date you received the item, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

The item must be unopened, with any seals and wrapping in place as they were originally. This guarantee does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification. Please see the Refunds & How Refunds Are Calculated section of this policy for further details.

Please be aware that we can only accept the return of opened items if they are damaged, faulty or incorrect. Please see Returning a Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item for further details.

Returning a Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item

At RJ Tool we endeavour to make the process of returning a damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered item as straightforward as possible. The process of returning an item in each scenario is outlined below:

  • If an item has been damaged in transit

    If you take delivery of an order and some (or all) of the contents have been damaged in transit, please notify us immediately - support@rjtool.com. All items are covered by shipping insurance only if we are notified within 24 hours of the item being delivered. Any items damaged in transit will be collected and replaced free of charge, unless the damage is easily repairable by issuing a replacement part.

    If a replacement item is not available, we will offer you an equivalent product or issue a full refund once the item has been collected and checked.

  • If the item is defective

    Within 7 working days: You have the right to return a defective item for a full refund or replacement, providing we are notified within 7 working days and the item is returned in its original condition (with any seals and wrapping in place). Any defective items will be collected and replaced/refunded free of charge.

    If a replacement item is not available, we will offer you an equivalent product or issue a full refund once the item has been collected and checked.

    After 7 working days: If an item becomes defective after 7 working days, you may be able to return the item for a partial refund, replacement or repair under warranty. In such an event you are responsible for any returning the item to us and for any subsequent postage charges (even if we arrange collection/re-delivery).

    If you are requesting a partial refund, a re-stocking fee will apply.

    If your item is returned for repair under warranty, labour charges may apply.

  • If you have received an item you did not order (an "incorrect" item)

    As soon as you find out you have received an incorrect item, contact us by email to let us know - support@rjtool.com. The item will be collected free of charge and the correct item sent to you as soon as we can.

    If the correct item is not available, we will offer you an equivalent product or issue a full refund once the incorrect item has been collected and checked.

Please note, in the event of RJ Tool sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or incorrect, you must return the original item or arrange for collection within 14 days. RJ Tool reserves the right to charge for the price of the replacement if the item is not returned or collection is not arranged within 14 days of the date on which RJ Tool confirms replacement will be issued.

How to Return Your Item

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your return and provide you with a refund or exchange as quickly as possible:

  • wrap the item securely in its original packaging and include all warranty cards, licences, manuals and/or accessories
  • attach a note to the outside of the box with your name, address, order number, telephone number and reason for return. If for any reason you cannot provide all of this information, let us know - support@rjtool.com.
  • contact us for the appropriate return address - support@rjtool.com.
  • please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand
  • returns and any subsequent refunds, repairs or replacements may take up to 28 days
  • for your own protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service whenever you return items purchased from RJ Tool.

Refunds & How Refunds Are Calculated

At RJ Tool we endeavour to be fair, reasonable and responsible in calculating and processing any refunds. Refund calculations for various scenarios are outlined below:

  • Items returned under the 7-Day Money Back Guarantee

    If you have changed your mind and are returning an unopened, non-personalised item under the 7-Day Money Back Guarantee, again we will be happy to issue you with a full refund. However, please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the items to us (even if we arrange a collection).

    A refund will not be issued for the cost of any priority or express component of delivery.

  • Items returned because they are delivered damaged, defective or incorrect

    If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it has been delivered damaged or because it is found to be defective within 7 working days of delivery, we will be happy to issue you with a full refund.

  • Items returned after 7 Working Days for a pre-agreed partial refund

    If you are returning an item after 7 working days for a pre-agreed partial refund, you are responsible for the costs of returning the items to us (even if we arrange a collection).

When you send your item back to us for a refund, our returns department will process your return before notifying you of any refunds due. This process may take up to 28 days, though it is usually completed within 7 working days.
